Om Malik is reporting (found through Loren Baker’s Search Engine Journal) that SimplyHired has raised $13.5m from Fox Interactive Media (FIM) and Foundation Capital.
FIM has around 70m uniques a month, according to SimplyHired’s Phil Carpenter. There are obviously some exciting intergration opportunities with MySpace, Fox.com, and other properties.

According to the NYTimes, Cendant will name Jeff Clark as CEO of Travelport, the new name for the travel services division which includes Orbitz and Cheaptickets.com.
Last month Cendant named Gordon Bethune, the former chairman of Continental Airlines, as chairman of the division.
